1.
Postage for orders less than € 50,00 net is € 6,90 within Germany resp. € 12,50 per parcel within Europe. Deliveries will be effected carriage paid for orders amounting to min. € 50,00 net.

For shipments within Germany and the EU, the applicable VAT rate of 19% is charged.

If you are an EU customer and have a valid VAT Identification Number (VAT ID), your order may be shipped VAT-free. In this case, please contact DÜRASOL directly so that your VAT ID can be verified and recorded. Such orders are processed directly rather than through the online shop.Payment can be made by SEPA bank transfer or PayPal. Shipments to non-EU countries (third countries) are generally exempt from VAT.

All delivered goods remain the property of DÜRASOL until all outstanding claims arising from the ongoing business relationship have been paid in full.

All items are available from the warehouse. Partial deliveries are possible. Material changes, especially for improvement reasons, are to be accepted.

Please check the delivery at receipt. Any claims need to be done within 8 days upon receipt. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://duerasol.de/en/pages/cancellation-form. If you use this online feature, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email (durable medium). This confirmation will include information regarding the content of your notice of withdrawal, as well as the date and time of its receipt. This gives us the opportunity to coordinate the next steps with you. The costs and responsibility are borne by the sender. Returns can be arranged through a shipping provider of your choice. In accordance with our Terms of Delivery and Payment, returns of samples are only accepted within 14 days if the items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and—provided everything is in order—issue a credit note and process a refund.

6.
The DÜRASOL warranty covers all justified defaults which are due to material or manufacture mistakes within a 2 year period (purchase slip needs to be sent with the item). Concerned items will be replaced or repaired at no cost. There will be no warranty applicable to defaults deriving from misuse (for example mechanical, chemical, used-up).
