Our customers should be able to rely on our products every day, which is why we are in constant contact with our suppliers to ensure that the materials remain up to our standards. The focus is on transparent supply chains, carefully selected materials, and meticulous craftsmanship to ensure the products have a long service life.

Responsible production

We source our fine calf leather from Germany and France, our water buffalo leather comes from India. The leather is vegetable tanned and tested for harmful residues. We use only leather that is a byproduct of the meat industry.

Any additional plastic parts required for production are sourced from suppliers in Germany and the EU. We strive to keep delivery routes as short as possible and to make production as sustainable as possible.

Our guarantee.

Should justified material or manufacturing defects be found on our DÜRASOL prodicts within two years, they will of course be replaced or repaired free of charge.

If you need a loaner bag or case for the duration of the repair, please contact us directly. We will provide you with these for a small contribution towards costs.
